Workflow configuration pages reached via the Workflows Index (/data/workflows/<slug>) are not included here — those URLs do not carry assembly information needed for community classification. See “Workflow Pages by Route” below for a complete comparison.

Notes

Organism Pages = /data/organisms/{tax_id} (individual organism detail pages)
Assembly Pages = /data/assemblies/{assembly_id} (individual assembly detail pages)
Workflow Pages = /data/assemblies/{id}/workflow-{...} (assembly route) and /data/workflows/{slug} (Workflows Index route) — both are counted together in content page plots, category plots, and configuration vs. landings comparisons
Workflows Index = /data/workflows (listing page for all available workflow configurations)
Index pages (Organisms Index, Workflows Index, etc.) are navigation/listing pages, not detail pages
Community classification is based on NCBI taxonomy lineage
Unique Pages = number of distinct URLs visited that month
Visitors = unique visitors to those pages
Pageviews = total page loads (includes repeat visits)
Galaxy Workflow Landings = workflow landing requests received by Galaxy from BRC Analytics (tracked via Grafana/InfluxDB)
